An application used for measuring customers impressions about their experiences with Sharjah City Municipality by introducing through it a variety of electronic questionnaires and surveys, as part of the municipalitys keenness to assess the quality of its services and boost customers trust. This application will help in exploring and realizing customers expectations, and hence improving the methods of service provision to suit all customer needs.
